ing to the American Red Cross, every two sec
onds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. That’s
more than 38,000 blood donations needed ev
ery day. Northside Hospital hosts a community
blood drive. All donors receive a free t-shirt and
free parking. Requirements: in good health, weigh
at least 110 pounds and are 17 years or older. For
