Voting against the measure ~ by Prissi Sullivan Carroll County Water Authority unanimously accepted the budget as proposed by Executive Director Matt Windom at the June meeting held on June 17, 2010 at the County Annex. CCWA employees will be offered a choice of a PPO plan or a POS plan for medical insurance. Both plans are through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The deductible for the PPO plan is $2,000.00, while the deductible for the POS The Rocky Mountain Children ’s Choir The Rocky Mountain Children’s Choir presented a musical program at a recent AARP meeting. The choir is directed by Faye Gibson. The Carrollton/Carroll County AARP meets each month on a Tuesday at the senior center, South 118 White Street, Carrollton. A native Villa Rican, Stovall began her tenure with the city of Villa Rica on August 16, 2007, when she began work with Arts Program Director Courtney Powell doing graphic design, planning spe cial events, and totally re-vamping tion is required to vote in person.
