first game of the season
will be August 28th
The 2010 football season begins
for the West Georgia Wolves on
Saturday, August 28, when the
Wingate (N-C.) Bulldogs visit
Carrollton. Kickoff time is set for
7:00 p.m., University Stadium.

Tuesday, August 10th
Runoffs for the Primary
Elections will be held Tuesday,
August 10th, 7:00 a.m. until 7:00
p.m. Citizens may cast their vote at
their regular polling precinct on
runoff day, or at the county board of
elections office as an early or
absentee vote.
On the ballot will be state offices
of significance: Republican top
candidates for governor, Karen
Handel and Nathan Deal, along
with Democratic candidates for
Secretary of State and Republican
candidates for attorney general and

Veteran’s park continuing to grow

Chamber of Commerce Environmental Projects Committee
for a Beautification Award. The park committee continues
to raise funds to expand and improve the appearance of the
