created ten years ago as a non-profit
501(c)(3) dedicated to a comprehensive
approach to a comprehensive vision for
Carroll County. Carroll Tomorrow strives
“to create value while preserving the rural
quality of life and small-town feel through
controlled, quality growth, revitalized
town centers, sustainable agriculture,
united government and schools, and tar
geted job creation.”
Investment in this venture will get Villa
Rica a board seat, where the city will be
able to give valuable input and opinions
and be a part of the decision making
process.

Member Rusty
Dean stated his
opinion that this
was an impor
tant undertaking
and that it was
important for
Villa Rica to be
on board and
part of the team. However, he felt further
discussion was necessary.
Mayor J. Collins encouraged Howard
and Lipham to meet with council members
individually.
“It’s important that we cooperate,”
stated Collins, “and help fund this
endeavor.”
