U.S. House of Representatives
passed a Joint Resolution
requesting that the President
designate Seprember 11 of each
year as “Patriot Day”, a day
dedicated to the memory of the
2,977 people killed on
September 11, 2001 in New
York and Washington by
Islamic terrorists.
President George W. Bush
signed this resolution into law
on December 18, 2001. On this
