At a Carroll County Board of
Commission meeting held Tues,. June 4,
the financial recap was presented for April
2013. Shown on page one the $17.39 mil
lion in reserves that was present on Jan. 1,
2013, was, as of April 30, 2013, down
$4.44 million for a total of $12.95 million.
On page 10 of the expenditure sum
mary report, it was shown that $438,204
has been paid in overtime to firefighters,
