plant to be “up and
running” in 3 weeks

Council and mayor on water distribu
tion and collections at the Tuesday,
March 1,2016 meeting.
The current Permit to Operate that
was submitted to EPD (Environme
ntal Protection Department) included
wells as a source; even though they
are not being used. KPD could
require sampling from these wells
and Villa Rica would risk a violation.
A request has been sent to EPD to
modify the current Permit by remov
ing wells as a water source.

ing a sampling protocol and treat-
