The election will be held November 7th. In Carroll County, Georgia, there were 20 seats open, of which 13 seats - 65% of all seats - were unopposed: incumbents retain the seat. The following is a list of those who qualified. In the city of Bowdon, for city council Ward 1, Incumbent Jan Rowland is running unopposed for another term. Rowland is a retired edu cator.
