Mark T. Sullivan 717 votes 28.71%
Fuller won the seat by 1,063 votes
DISTRICT 5 COMMISSIONER:
Ernie Reynolds 1,066 votes 59.91%
Jay Williford 807 votes 43.09%

meeting held in the superior courtroom of
the old historic courthouse, the Carroll
County Board of Commissioners and chair
man voted unanimously (7-0) to approve
and adopt the FY2019-2020 county budget
of $53,333,000. In attendance were all six

County Commission chairman Marty Smith
spoke at the Carrollton Kiwanis Club’s regu
lar meeting located in the Z-6 Building on the
University of West Georgia campus,
Carrollton. As guest speaker, he described his
new position with the state of Georgia: State
Property Officer.

regular monthly meeting on Monday, August
5, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the council chambers
