Appointed Special Advocates).
“For the past 18 years I have
been serving children in Fulton,
DeKalb, Muscogee, and Paulding
counties with the Georgia Division
of Family and Children Services,”
Kagler said. “But this opportunity

County CASA organization to help
children on a different level is such
an exciting challenge and
