courses and distances of said real
estate as shown and delineated
thereon, is by this reference, in
corporated herein in and of this
description.
The above described real estate is
a portion of the real estate con
veyed to R & D Grain and Trading
Co., d/b/a R & D Homes and
Donnie W. Tyler d/b/a Donnie
Tyler Farms by Warranty Deed
from Jimmy Dan Engle, dated
October 15, 1998, of record in
Deed Book 621, Page 30, said
Clerk’s Office.
The debt secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt has been and is
hereby declared due because of,
among other possible events of
default, failure to pay the indebt
edness as and when due and in
the manner provided in the Note
and Deed to Secure Debt. The
debt remaining in default, this
sale will be made for the purpose
of paying the same and all ex
penses of this sale, as provided in
the Deed to Secure Debt and by
law, including attorney’s fees (no
tice of intent to collect attorney’s
fees having been given).
Said property is commonly
known as 126 Tyler Lane,
Thomaston, GA 30286, to
gether with all fixtures and per
sonal property attached to and
constituting a part of said prop
erty. To the best knowledge and
belief of the undersigned, the
party (or parties) in possession of
the subject property is (are): Al
varo A. Henrriquez or tenant or
tenants.
Said property will be sold subject
to (a) any outstanding ad valorem
taxes (including taxes which are a
lien, but not yet due and payable),
(b) any matters which might be
disclosed by an accurate survey
and inspection of the property,
and (c) all matters of record su
perior to the Deed to Secure Debt
first set out above, including, but
not limited to, assessments, liens,
encumbrances, zoning ordi
nances, easements, restrictions,
covenants, etc.
The sale will be conducted subject
to (1) confirmation that the sale is
not prohibited under the U.S.
Bankruptcy Code; (2) O.C.G.A.
Section 9-13-172.1; and (3) final
confirmation and audit of the
status of the loan with the holder
of the security deed.
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 9-
13-172.1, which allows for certain
procedures regarding the rescis
sion of judicial and nonjudicial
sales in the State of Georgia, the
Deed Under Power and other
foreclosure documents may not
be provided until final confirma
tion and audit of the status of the
loan as provided in the preceding
paragraph.

Republican Party to Hold Caucus and
County Convention
On Thursday, April 17, 2021, at 9:00 A.M., the Upson County Republican Party will convene
Precinct Caucuses to elect Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the Upson County Republican
Party Convention. The County Convention will convene at 10:00 A.M. on April 17, 2021, at
the same location for the purpose of electing Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the Con
gressional District Convention and the State Convention for the purpose of selection Repre
sentative Delegates to the Republican National Convention. Additionally, the Convention will
conduct all other business as necessary.
Both the Precinct Caucuses and County Convention will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church,
1165 Hannah's Mill Road, Thomaston, Georgia. The County Convention will convene at 10:00
A.M.
All Upson County residents who are legally registered to vote and believe in the principles of
the Republican Party are urged to participate in this process.
The 3 rd Congressional District Convention will convene on Saturday, May 15, 2020, at 10:00
A.M. located at Unity Baptist Church, 311 Smokey Road, Newnan, Georgia 30263. The District
Convention will be electing 3 Delegates and 3 Alternate Delegates to the Republican National
Convention. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee of $40 which is to cover
the cost of the Convention.
Pursuant to the official Call of the Georgia Republican Party, all individuals desiring to be a
Delegate or Delegate Alternate to the Republican National Convention are reminded that in
order to be eligible for consideration by the District or State Nominating Committee(s) shall
complete on or before April 3, 2020 the GRP online application (as published on GAGOP.org)
and provide all requested supporting material associated with said application. All such indi
viduals are also required to meet with the respective nominating committee(s) as a prereq
uisite to having such individual's name placed in nomination at such convention(s). 23
The Georgia Republican Party State Convention will convene at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 4,
2021, location is TBD and will elect the Georgia Republican Party National Committeeman
and Committeewoman along with the At-Large Delegates to the National Republican Con
vention, in addition to conducting all other business as necessary.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Judge Sams of the Superior Court of
Upson County, Georgia, on the 7th day of April, 2021, at 8:30 o’clock A.M.,
at the Courthouse in the City of Thomaston, Georgia, will hear the case of
STATE OF GEORGIA v. CITY OF THOMASTON, GEORGIA, Civil Action
File No. 21V-0084, in Upson County Superior Court, the same being a pro
ceeding to confirm and validate the Combined Public Utilities Revenue
Bond, Series 2021 (the “Series 2021 Bond”) in the principal amount of up
to $1,954,000, to be issued by the City of Thomaston, Georgia, for the pur
pose of providing funds to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, the cost
of additions, extensions and improvements to the water and sewerage sys
tem and electrical distribution system of the City of Thomaston, Georgia
(the “Combined System”), and paying certain costs and expenses relating
to the issuance of the Series 2021 Bond. The Series 2021 Bond will be se
cured by a lien on the “Pledged Revenues” of the Combined System. NO
PERFORMANCE AUDIT OR PERFORMANCE REVIEW SHALL BE CON
DUCTED WITH REGARD TO THE SERIES 2021 BOND. Any citizen of
the State of Georgia residing in the City of Thomaston, or any other person
