Moore and Millen Land Survey

dated October 27, 2020, and de
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin
placed being a 5/8” rebar on the
easterly right-of-way of US 19/SR
3 as shown on the plans for Geor
gia Highway Project No. NH-
006-4(31) UPSON. Said point
also monumenting the southwest
corner of the Upson County Farm
Bureau Tract common with the
northwest corner of the NAPA
