The State of Georgia will
host a public hearing and
webinar to present its
proposed Action Plan for
FFY 2019, the second year
of the five-year 2018-2022
Consolidated Plan.
The Annual Action Plan
indicates how anticipated
funds received from
the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) will
be implemented from July
1, 2019 - June 30, 2020 for
the following programs:
Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG), HOME
Investment Partnerships
(HOME), Emergency
Solutions Grant (ESG),
Housing Opportunities
for Persons with AIDS
(HOPWA), and the National
Housing Trust Fund (NHTF)
Programs.
The Plan provides
strategies and investments
of resources to address
housing and community
development needs,
barriers to fair housing,
and lead-based paint
hazards. The Plan includes
all records of citizen
participation/consultation.
The State of Georgia
encourages all of its
residents, sub-recipients
and grantees, public
agencies, and other
interested parties to attend
this public hearing and/or

agency.

period for the Plan is
open from April 1, 2019,
