Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed
proposals from qualified
vendors who specialize in
the upfitting of vehicles
with police packages for
Dawson County Sheriff's
Office. Detailed proposal
documents are available at
www.dawsoncountv.org.
There will not be a pre
bid meeting held for this
solicitation. Questions in
reference to the above IFB
must be in writing to the
Dawson County Purchasing
Manager, Melissa Hawk at
m ha wk@dawson county.
ora before 1:00 p.m., March
9, 2020. All answers will be
posted to website no later
than March 12, 2020, by
2:00PM. Addenda, where
applicable, will be posted
in the same manner.
Sealed proposals may be
delivered to 25 Justice Way,
Suite 2223, Dawsonville,
GA 30534 until 10:30AM on
March 18,2020.The outside
of the shipping container/
envelope must be marked
with the appropriate
bid number and title.
Immediately following the
deadline the names and
bid prices of bidders will be
recorded and read in the
Administration Training
Room at the above address.
The Dawson County Board
of Commissioners reserves
the right to reject any
and all proposals and to
waive any technicalities
or irregularities and to
award the bid based on the
highest and best interests
of Dawson County.
