Two rabbits have tooth root abscesses,

All of the rabbits are safe, medicated,
happy and recovering now, the rescue
source said.
The dozens of ducks and chickens
were taken to another area rescue. At
this point, the Dawson County Humane
Society is caring for 15-16 doves and 20
dogs, half of which are puppies, director

He added that they’re talking with

operations in Hall,
Forsyth and Dawson
counties.
Woody had previously
been serving as publisher
of the Forsyth and
Dawson County News.
“The community news
industry is changing
almost daily as we consis
tently developing ways to
provide our customers with
the information they need
while remaining financial
ly viable as businesses,”
said Morris. “Stephanie
has a proven track record
of success and has shown
she understands the chang
es taking place in the
industry. We are fortunate
to have her lead our three
local operations.”
Woody will be involved
in both revenue genera
tion and content decisions
for the three properties.
She has been part of the
MMM family of busi
nesses for 20 years, work
ing in both Dawson and
Forsyth counties.
“I’m incredibly excited
to take on this new chal
lenge. Our communities
need strong news organi
zations, and it is vital that
we fill that role. We have
to explore new opportuni
ties in digital platforms
and social media to make
sure we are giving our
readers the news experi
ence they prefer while
maintaining the legacy of
excellence created by our
traditional newspapers in
each market,” Woody
said.
“I look forward to
becoming involved in
Hall County and continu
ing to be a part of the
Forsyth and Dawson
communities. This area is
my home, and I want to
be a part of making it bet
ter,” she said.
Woody is a native of
Forsyth County, having
graduated from North
Forsyth High School
before attending North
Georgia College and
State University. She and
her husband, Robbie
Woody, have four chil
dren.
At The Times, Woody
initially will be focused
on advertising, marketing
and revenue generation
before expanding into
other areas of responsibil
ity. In that capacity she
will continue to work
with Norman Baggs, who
serves as general manager
for MMM.

“I am excited to see the impact these

create,” Representative Terry England
said in the release.
In addition to the Broadband
Infrastructure grant funding, the
