at 8:30 A.M. for a final hearing.
The hearing is for the purpose of
determining whether the above
identified child is dependent
and in need of protection of the
Court. Should the Court find the
child dependent, legal custody
of the child could be awarded to
the Department of Family and
Children Services or a relative
who has been deemed suitable
as a legal custodian for the child.
