58-18 E 359.56 feet to an iron pin
at or near the west boundary of the
right-of-way of Chastain Mill Road (a
gravel road 14feet in width); thence
S 06-28-42 W 158.69 feet to an iron
pin on the east boundary of the
right-of-way of Chastain Mill Road;
thence N 89-58-18 343.26 feet to
an iron pin on the west original line
of Land Lot 1079; thence along said
original line N 00-35-00 E 157.69
feet to the point of beginning.

the boundaries of the right-of-
way of Chastain Mill Road and a
60 foot wide ingress and egress
easement which extends from the
