Old Dirt Road Grantors further set,
convey and grant to Grantees so much
of Grantors' right, title and interest
in and to an Old Dirt Road shown on
the survey as Exhibit 1, which runs
easterly along the northern boundary
of tracts 1 and 2 and becomes part of
the boundary between tracts 3 and 4
before it runs totally into tract 4, all as
shown on Exhibit 1, and a perpetual
easement in and to said Old Dirt Road
so as to provide Grantees ingress and
egress over, across and upon the entire
length of said Old Dirt Road along with
the right to maintain all or a portion of
the Old Dirt Road, Grantors retaining
