The Construction Services
phase will be funded in
part by the Community
Development Block
Grant Program (CDBG).

(SAM). Bidders on this
work will be required
to comply with the
President's Executive
Order No. 11246 &
Order No. 1 1375 which
prohibits discrimination
in employment regarding
race, creed, color, sex, or
national origin. Bidders

VI of the Civil Rights
Act of 1964. The CDBG
