There’s going to be plenty of
dining options at the swanky new
Buckhead Atlanta development
and a few of them have announced
they will open for business on Sept.
18, including Italian-style coffee
bar Corso Coffee, Spanish fusion
restaurant Gypsy Kitchen, burgers
and shakes from Shake Shack and
pizza joint Thirteen Pies. Coming
in the next few months: American
Cut, AF+B, Doraku Sushi, Fado’s
Irish Pub, Georgetown Cupcakes,
Le Bilboquet, Lugo Cucina
Italiana, The Southern Gentleman
Gastropub and Qing Mu Noodle

Cooks & Soldiers
Castellucci Hospitality Group’s
latest concept will open on the
ground floor of the Elan Westside
apartment building this fall.
Drawing inspiration from the Basque regions of Spain and France, the restaurant will
offer guests a modern approach to the rustic cooking style of southwestern Europe. 691

Burger 21
A new franchise founded by the owners of The Melting Pot, has signed a multi
unit franchise agreement to develop three restaurants in the Atlanta area: Buckhead,
Cumberland Mall and North Druid Hills. The Buckhead location is expected to open
sometime in 2015. burger21.com.
Atlas
Chef Gerry Klaskala has announced he will open Atlas a new dinner-only restaurant
inside The St. Regis Atlanta in Buckhead. Featuring American cuisine with the
freshest local ingredients, Atlas will open in late fall 2014. 88 West Paces Ferry Road,

Katana
Set to open in October in Buckhead, this new restaurant from Mali Hu will feature
a sushi bar and teppanyaki,
which means food cooked
on iron griddles. 3345

ours about what is going on
with the historic home at
the corner of Peachtree and
15th Streets in Midtown.
The space was to re-launch
as a restaurant at the end
of August, but there has yet
to be any news on a chef,
menu or.. .well... anything.
