Parade-goers lined Peachtree Parkway to catch candy, wave to the proces sion, and cheer for their fa vorite floats. The motorcade of golf carts and floats consisted of local businesses, organiza tions, and elected officials celebrating Independence Day. Prizes were awarded to the top three decorated golf carts, as chosen by a panel of judges. In the evening, Fayette County residents dispersed throughout PTC to view the fireworks display at Drake Field. Gentle — drug possession/sale/man ufacture; crossing guard line with contraband; misdemeanors driving with suspended driver li cense and failure to obey traffic control device. Ashley K.
