The event aimed to raise money to go towards different FFA programs throughout the year. Children were able to have their photos taken with various popular characters, many of the children came dressed as princesses and superheroes themselves. This year's event was organized by FFA Alumni members Betty Webb and Becky Butler. TenderCare Clinic is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the Georgia Chapter of the March of Dimes to receive this $30,000 grant. Funds for this grant will be used to obtain CenteringPregnancy® Site Approval. The process of receiving site approval will provide TenderCare Clinic with the expertise, support and guidance to initiate, implement and sustain a CenteringPregnancy® Pro gram. Preterm birth costs the U.S. more than $26 billion annually, according to the Institute of Medicine. It is the leading cause of newborn death.
