Near the conclusion of a three-

the Madison Historic Preservation
Commission (HPC) unanimously

Brad Good for property along Foster

The HPC has no statutory au

"Jonathan and Alyce Vining surpassed all of our expectations
for the marketing and sale of our property. Their suggested
price was on target as was their estimation for the amount
of time to find a buyer. They kept us informed of the interest
in our property and were invaluable in negotiating the final
price which exceeded a number we would have accepted.
They deftly handled all aspects of the closing. I would highly
recommend their services and expertise."
