MICHAEL STONE / STAFF The fourth annual Morgan County Antibullying Rally was held at the recreation complex gym last Saturday afternoon. Students, local government officials, law enforcement representatives and several local pastors turned out to urge youngsters to report unwelcome bullying and to assure the kids that adults would help them deal with any issues they encountered. The Morgan County Drama Team performs an antibullying skit.
