If you followed the team, though, you know the Lady Titans were better than that finish showed. In LOA’s 18 losses, nine of them were by 10-point deficits or fewer. The team’s youth and inexperience showed during the closing moments of the losses, as poor decisions and turnovers often doomed the Lady Titans. LOA head coach Kevin Furtado has noticed a change in his players since the end of last season. In fact, the Lady Titans played a scrim mage game last week against John Milledge Academy. They won the game by 2 points.
