joined the Merchant Marines in 1942 and
one year later was stationed in Liverpool,
England.
Dr. Ortho Tucker was part of the crowd at
The Harbor.
Also joining the throng of students and res
idents at The Harbor function, lots of parents
were in attendance. The crowd at the function
was estimated at over 200.
“Our LOA parents really follow their kids,”
said Dr. Tucker.

McCranie, Cassandra Jackson, Heather
