List your pick for the winner of each game beside the sponsor's name in the entry form. Be sure to include your tie-breaker predictions. Win $25 for picking the most winners or jackpot for a perfect score. If there is no perfect score entry, $25 will roll into the next week's contest for each week without a perfect score.
