COMMUNITY CENTER
Artist interested in show
ing at the Atlanta Jewish
Community Center, should
contact Karen Wantuck at
875-7881. They are booking
for September to June of
1977-78. The Center takes
20% of all sales, has
insurance and offers the
artist a potential of 6,000
viewers a week. They ad
vertise the show in their
in-house publication and
through the media. Work
should be acceptable for
family viewing since a num
ber of the members are
teens and children.
Artist needing slides or
prints made form magazines or
books should contact Karen
'Wantuck at 875-7881. She
has a copy camera set up and
will take your pictures for
a reasonable price. The AJCC
also has photo classes in
color and b/w with lab privi
leges for all who enroll.
They offer the cheapest rates
in town, are empty during
the day and you do not have
to be either Jewish or a mem
ber of the AJCC to join the
courses. If you need such
facilities as a darkroom with
enlargers for color or b/w,
you can’t beat the place.
(Fee reductions are available
for those oeople unable to
met the requirements). Next
classes start mid-March.
