The guest of honor was presented with a jewelled frame. Top score was won by Miss Perle Dokritzky and Mrs. Sinkovitz won the “booby” prize. Mrs. Den Dressier cut the consolation prize. The marriage ceremony which was performed at high noon, March 31st by Rabbi Tobias Geffen, was witnessed by a group of relatives and close friends of the young couple. Rabbi David Marx addressed the as semblage immediately following the ceremony. The bride was attended by her aunt, Miss Dinah Tarshes, who acted as maid of honor. Mr. Sam Levy was the groom’s best man. The bride entered with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. I. Clein. She was gowned in a becoming model of brown and tan crepe with harmonizing ac cessories. She wore a lovely corsage of orchids and valley lilies. The regular meeting of the Jewish Woman’s Club was held Monday night, April 8th, at 8 o’clock at the clubhouse on Washington St. Mrs. Herbert Taylor, chairman of the membership drive now in pro gress, urged that every member re member the slogan, “Every member bring a member.” A lovely program had been arranged for the meeting Mrs. E. Mandle, assisted by Mrs. D Wise and Mrs. F. Gottesman, were in charge of refreshments. Mrs. M. L. Kahn, president of the club announced that Mrs. D. L. Wise had been appointed chairman of the work with the Atlanta Better Films committee. Mrs. Wise has been con nected with the Better Films work for three years, and the club con siders that they have a very com petent representative in her. Mrs. V. H. Kriegshaber has been re-elected real estate chairman for the coming year. Miss Rosalind Elsas of New York has been the guest for several weeks of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Elsas. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wiseberg have returned from Magnolia Gar dens. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lowenstein are at St, Simons. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Haas have recently returned from there. Mr. Geo. M.
