Mrs. Sol (Tarek has returned from Baltimore where she was called by the serious illness of her mother. Miss Danie Strauss is recovering from a recent tonsil operation. Mr. B. M. Soloman, of Montgomery, Ala., spent the week-end in Atlanta for the Tech-Alabama game. Miss Ida Hutzler is at home at the Georgian Terrace. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Kohn are in Chi cago, III. Mr. Lawrence Fox is at home again after a trip to Chicago, Ill. Mrs. Robert Naussbaum, of Macon, was the guest of a few days of Mrs. Max Samuels. Mrs. Jake Kaufman is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Dave Bloom, on Myr tle street. Mrs. Ralph Rosenbaum has recov ered from her recent illness. Miss Adele Sommers who has been ill for the past few days is recover ing. Mr. and Mrs. Bertrum Lewis Wolff were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Haas en route to Wilmette, Ill., their future home. Mrs. Wolff was formerly Miss Martha Katz, of Chicago, and visited Atlanta on numerous occa sions. Mr. Henry Williamson, now attend ing the University of Georgia at Ath ens, was a visitor in the city for the week-end. Mr. Dan Picard of Columbus, spent a few days in the city recently. Mrs. D. Rosenberg and family are located now at 923 Ponce de Leon Ave., N. E. Mrs. William Kingdon is in Indian apolis on a visit to relatives. Mr. M. E. Rosenberg and Mrs. J. F. Andrews are guests of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Liebman at the Winecoff Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Jake Hirsch, Miss Marjorie Hirsch and Master Jack Hirsch will spend the Thanksgiving holidays in Pensacola, Fla. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Strauss, of Detroit, Mich., are guests at the Hilt- more. Mrs. Herbert Haas has returned from Chicago where she attended the wedding of her niece, Miss Martha Katz to Mr. Bertrum Lewis Wolff. Mrs. Percy Myers, of Savannah, who has been the guest of her moth er, Mrs. Morris Rich at the Georgian Terrace, has returned home. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Neely are visiting in New' York City. Miss Jane Kohler, of Savannah, is the guest of her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. B. Ehrlich. Following the Tech-Alabama game the members of the Standard Club gathered en masse in the new club on Ponce de Leon Avenue for the reg ular week-end dance. The occasion was marked by the presence of a num ber of out-of-town guests who were in the city for the game. Mrs. Weil, of Birmingham, who is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. Mor ris Hirsch, is being delightfully enter tained. Mrs. Nat Schlossberg, of Fort Pierce, Florida, who before her mar riage was Miss Thelma Bourman, of Atlanta, is the mother of a baby boy named Eugene Meyer. SHEA KITH ISRAEL SISTERHOOD GIVES BRIDGE PARTY The Shearith Israel Sisterhood gave a bridge party at the Jewish Women’s Club, the proceeds of which will go to maintain the Sunday School. Mrs. C. Miller was chairman, and Mrs. Paul Wolkin, co-chairman. The committee for this affair consisted of Mrs. J. Minsk, president of the Sisterhood, Mrs. Sidney Zimmerman, Mrs. A. M. Goldstein, Mrs. M.
