LOJ held its annual Ugly Man's
Ball on Saturday, March 26,
1966, at the AJCC. The Ugly
Mans Contest pitted representa
tives from A&C Council BBYO
chapters against each other in a
battle to determine the real "Mr.
Ugly.” Gary Greenberg repres
enting BBG-DOR, won the con
test with Bobby Horowitz, con-
s dered ugliest by BUG* DOT,
a strong second. All proceeds
from the contest went directly to
BBYO. Hoy Lee Johns' n and the
Brassettes provided the music.
LOJ extends its wishes to the
entire Jewish community for a
happy and healthy Passover.

STUDY CROUP
Mrs. Gerald Sher will lead a
discussion on “Vilna Gaon” by
the Bat Shalom Hadassah Study
Group on Thursday, April 14.
The group will meet at 8:15
p ,m. at the home of Mrs. Larry
Klinger, 1653 Anita Place, N. E.
Bat Shalom Group will hold in
stallation of officers at 7:30 p.m.,
Tuesday, April 19, at Shearith
Israel Synagogue. The program
will include dinner, music and a
skit, and the pres'dents report
and recognition of chairmen.

Third Seder at
Dublin Hospital
Members of the Ladies Auxil
iary and Jewish War Veterans
Post 112 will present a “Third
Seder” at the Veterans Hospital
in Dublin on Sunday, April 10.
Jewish patients, their guests and
staff members of the hospital will
participate.
Rabbi Harold Gelfman of
Macon will conduct services and
specially prepared food for the
Passover holiday will be taken
to Dublin.
On March 28 the Auxiliary
elected the following officers for
1960-67: Mrs. Raymond H. Yar-
