Pine—Draluck
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Kaplan
of Atlanta announce the marriage
of their daughter, Jeannie Anne, to
Robert Carl Tepper, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Rubin G. Tepper of
Atlanta, and grandson of Samuel
Schechter and the late Mollie
Schechter of Pittsfield, Mass.
The couple was married on June
25, at the Ahavath Achim
Synagogue. Rabbi Harry H.
Epstein and Cantor Isaac
Goodfriend officiated.
The bride was given in marriage
by her father. Her sister, Marcia
Bleiberg of Atlanta, was matron of
honor. Bridesmaids included
Mindy Garber of N. Miami Beach:
Marsha Gilmer, Pam Leavitt and
Betsy Silverman, all of Atlanta.
Ms. Linda Ladner of New Orleans
kept the bride's book.
Larry Cohen of Atlanta served
as best man. Groomsmen included
the bridegroom’s brother-in-law,
David Shulman, and Robert
Gershon, both of Atlanta, Jeffrey
Silver of Cincinnati, and Daniel
Toland of Independence, Mo. The
bride’s nephew, Adam Cohen,
served as ring bearer.
Following a wedding trip to
Bermuda, the couple are residing
in Knoxville, Tenn., where Mr.
Tepper is a landscape architect
with the Tennessee Valley
Authority.

Kiousis—Schoninger
Mr. and Mrs. Alex Kiousis of
Atlanta announce the engagement
of their daughter, Lorrie Ann
Kiousis, to Steven Gary
Schoninger, son of Mr. and Mrs.
William Schoninger of Atlanta.
The bride is attending Georgia
State School of Nursing and the
bridegroom graduated from the
University of Georgia.
The wedding will take place
September 3.
Marci Anne Draluck of Atlanta
became the bride of Jonathan
David Pine on May 28 at Ahavath
Achim Synagogue.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Sam Draluck and the
bridegroom is the son of Dr. and
Mrs. Leo Pine and the late Mrs.
Taube Pine, all of Atlanta.
Rabbi Harry H. Epstein
performed the ceremony. He had
also officiated at the marriage of
Marci’s parents, and her
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis
Rosenbaum. Rabbi David
Auerbach and Cantor Isaac
Goodfriend assisted in the
ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage
by her parents. Miss Sharon
Serinsky of Newburgh, N.Y. was
maid of honor. Best man was Bob
Levy of Atlanta. Ushers were
Ronny, Merrill, and Jonathan
Draluck, and Michael McHugh,
all of Atlanta. A champagne
brunch followed the wedding.
The bride is the granddaughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Louis
Rosenbaum, and Mrs. Norman
Draluck and the late Mr. Draluck.
The bridegroom is the grandson of
Abraham Pine of Tucson, Ariz.,
and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Weinblatt
of Elizabeth, N.J.
The couple are presently
residing in Atlanta.
Mr. and Mrs. Halpern
Halpern—Goodman
Miss Debra Lynn Goodman and
Harold Halpern, both of Atlanta,
were married June 18 at Shearith
Israel Synagogue.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Bernard S. Goodman of
Atlanta. The bridegroom’s parents
are Mr. and Mrs. Murray Halpern,
also of Atlanta.
The bride received her B.S.
degree from Georgia State
University with a major in business
education. The bridegroom, also a
graduate of Georgia State
University, is employed by the
accounting firm, Siegel and Siegel.
Miss Sheryl Goodman, sister of
the bride, was maid of honor.
Larry Halpern, brother of the
bridegroom, served as best man.
After a wedding trip to Hilton
Head, S.C., the couple is residing
in Atlanta.
