Mr. and Mrs, Richard A. Mackel, 4969 Dewberry Circle,
worth announce the birth of a daughter, Beverly Kay, Nov-
lber 22 at Kennestone Hospital. She has a sister, Stephanie,
months old.
Mr. and Mrs. F.G. Hull of Acworth, Mrs. Hugh L. John-
m of Woodstock returned to their homes last week after
ending the past few weeks in Clairmont, Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. Abbott Kemp and family of Nashville,
an. enjoyed spending the thanksgiving holidays with his
rents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kemp on Academy Dr. Mrs. John

Christmas Home Decorations
contest.
There will be three catego
ries, including door, over-all,
and religious. Prizes will be
awarded in each of the three
categories.
The Acworth Junior Wom
an's Club will judge Christ
mas decorations again this
year. A prize for the best door
and also for the best overall
effect will be awarded.
The Maggie Valley Garden
Club will judge the entries at
7 p.m. on Monday, December
