I T appearing to the Court upon the affidavit nf Wil
lis A. Jordan, that the following note is either lost
jr mislaid, via: One noto on Robert Maxwell, due
January 1st,1931, tor the sum of fourteen Dollars,with
a credit on the t«inc, 2d January, 1831, for one <Mlar
fifty-six and a quarter cents,and ono other credit on the
Gth May, 1831, for 60 cents.
Ordered, that all persons interested shew cause on
or before the first day of the next term of this Court,
why a copv of said note should not bo established in
lieu of said original so lost or mislaid, that said copy bo
filed with tho Clerk, and this rule published monthly in
one of tho public Gazettes of this Slate.

ther appearing, that the said Anderson '* utson has
paid up for said land, and that the said John Black de
parted this life without making titles to the same: It is
ordered, that the administrators ofsaid deceased, do
execute titles to said lnnd, unto the said Anderson
Watson, unless good cause be shewn to the contrary
within the time prescribed by law, und that this rule

to issue immediately a Weekly Pvper for those, who
cannot, from the cause mentioned, receive it but once
a week. This will bo issued at a period in the wed;
