the following letter:
Washington, March 31, 1832.
“ Y<*u doubtless know, that the Committee
of Examination loft this the 22d for Philadel
phia, to return in >en days. Whilst this busi

ment to leam that Nicholas Biddle, the Presi

tary of the Treasury—so much for fact. Ex
traordinary rumors have been excited by tins
