2809. Copies of which, as near as can be recol
ircted, are annexed to said Petition, filed in the
Clerk's Office, together with the affidavit of N.
Ware, onersf the Petitioners to prove the loss of the

on or before the fird day of the next term, who the
said Note and Order/hall not be ejlabtified in lieu
of the originals.
