teen, made, executed and delivered to

of Laud situate, lying and being in
the ity of Augusta, in the County of
aforesaid, bounded on the north by
Reynold street and containing forty
one feet three inches front on said
street, it being the North Eastern cor
ner of the Lot known as Lot number
thirteen in the plan of the City
aforesaid, bounded East by the es
tate of Cressweli a Lot, on "the West
by a part of said Lot No. 13 sold by
said Her y Shultz to David Ral*
stor, and running back oue bundled
and seventy seven feet, where it is
bounded by another part of said Lot,
No. 13. sold by said Henry Shultz
to John L. Anderson $ Co. \\ bich

aforesaid to secure the paymeut of
the sumo! sixteen hundred aiid twelve
