It* perusal during the recent war has led both parents and children to hunt up the geographies and maps and encyclope dias to practical advantage. It Is cer tain that millions of people In the Uni ted States know a great deal more about the geography of the world, and particularly the West Indies, (ho Phil ippines, Ihe l-mlrone and the Caroline Islands. Hawaii and Spain and the I United States, and many facts relating thereto, than they did three months ago. And incidentally they acquired much other valuable information front their daily study of current events. The daily paper tuts become an essen tial featute of every home.
