Alex Law-ton say* that the First Georgia Regiment will certainly he mustered out. on November 10, so far as he I* able to Judge now. Statements have been mada, recently that the regiment would not be dis charged from the service until Nov. 15 or 20. These statements were made by the commissioned officers of the regi ment, and when It became gen-nally know that the regiment would not be released on November 10 there was con siderable dissatisfaction.
