Its opening night with Mr. Tracy
Mathewson, of Augusta, who happen
ed to be in New York at the time, buy

Is quite a funny play, hut, like all of
Hoyt s, somewhat suggestive in places.

Returning to America In 1823, he was
again elected to congress, where he

He opposed the nullification policy of
John C. Calhoun, but was an ardent
