Sharon. Minn., Nov. 29.—An Interest
ing decision wa* banded down yester
day. Two Minnesota towns got Into a
Controversy over the residence of a de
pendent poor person.
The town of Lexington sues the tap n
of Sharon to recover three month*'
board for caring ror the dependent. The
defendant towns contend that the ben
eficiary was not a restd nt and there
fore It had no liability. The evidence Is
quite bulky and th» court gives * de

The case rested wholly upon the depen
dent's residence.
