cial report, turned up here today at the
home of bts aunt. The shock to hts
relatives at the sight of him tn the
fleab was such as might be caused by
th* visit of a ghost. Before the war
btoke out he had been living wttb hi*
aunt.
Hts home had been In Massachusetts
and he returned to that state to go
away with the regiment of which he
was a member. At Porto Rico he war
stricken with yellow fever and later,
through a blunder, he was reported
dead.
