Skint, er, executors of Archer Skinner,
dec. assignee, of John Ketler humbly
sheweth, that on the thirty-first day id
December, in the year 1807, Susannah
Collins made and executed to John tel
ler her deed of mortgage, and thereby,
in consideration of one hundred and thir
ty-two dollars and thirty-two cents,
paid to her by John Ketler, bargained,
sold and conveyed to the said John Kel
ler, his heirs and assigns, two tracts of
land in the county aforesaid—one, con
taining one hundred acres, (he place
win reon the said Ketler then lived; the
other containing one hundred and twen
ty-five acres, the same place whereon
James Jarvis theil lived: with a condi
tion thereunto annexed, that if the said
Susannah, her heirs and assigns, should
pay to thesaid John Ketler, his’heirs or
assigns, the full and just sum of one hun
dred and thirty-two dollars iind thirty
two cents, on or before the first day of
April next thereafter, with lawful inter
-1 est thereon until paid, then the said
deed, as also a certain note or due-bill,
bearing even date with the, said deed giv
en by the said Susannah to the said John
Ketler, for the payment of the same sum,
should be void, but should otherwise re
maih in full force and virtue—which
said deed and note_ afterwards, in the
. were assigned'by the said 'John*Kctier
to him, the said Arcncr Skiuucr—And
your petitioner sailh, that there is now
. on the said note and mortgage the said
sum of one hundred and tTiirty-two dol
lars and thirty-two cents, principal, arid
one hundred and one dollars and forty
six cents, interest, up to this time re
maining due and unpaid.
Wherefore, your petitioners pray the
court to grant a rule nisi for the pay
ment of the said sums, together with the
interest that may hereafter accrue on the
principal sum and the costs of the emit
, herein, within the time prescribed hy
law, and in default thereof, that the equ -
ty of redemption 1.1 and to the premises
may be foreclosed.

It is ordered that the said Susannah
Collins do pay into this court, within
twelve months from this time, the afore
said principal sum of one hundred ami
thirty two dollars and 32 cents,' with
interest thereon, from the first day of
April 1308 to the time v of payment, tuge
ther with all costs that shall*have accru
cd in this case, or the equity of redemp- ,
tion of and to the said land shah be lore
