valuable consideration, by said’Taylor, and that the
same have never been paid, nor any part thereof to
your petitioner, nor any one else legally authorized
to receive payment.
Wherefore, your petitioner prays a perpetual fore
closure of said mortgage, unless said Jacob WaLson
shall, on or before the next term ot this C urt, jay
the amount ol' principal, interest, and cost on said
note and mortgage.
