South Carolina for £109, No. 1958, dated
March 4, 1802, payable to diawer or bearer, J.
Jones, president.
By csreiessness or fraud, somewhere, this
let ej and note never reached Mr. Fisk. To
detect such things, is matter of national inter
est as rll as individual. Patriotic editors
will no doubt thir k so. and as friends to the sale
intercourse ot he citizens, publish once or
twice or the above.
