are void, and of no effect without the stamp of
the United States, all persons holding the
Policies of this Company are hereby notified that
in order to give them any claim upon this Com
pany, said Policies must be issued with a United
States stamp attached to the Policy. All Poli
cies, given before December 21st 1884, being

so mechanically constructed ou a well-known

Four men and one horse can bale 12 tons of
Hay a day. •
Four men without the aid of ft horse, or any
power except that contained in the ’"ress, can
turn out a bale of nay 27 inches square by 40 inch
es long, weighing 400 las., or 23 1-3 lbs, to the cu
bic foot.
No toggle joints, screws, cog-wheels, beaters,
or rollei* used in this Press.
The attentiou of Cotton factors and planters,
Wool and Hemp raisers, is especially called to
this Press, destined as it is to work a complete
revolution in the now slow, clumsy and expen
sive method of baling.

State rights (reserving to themselves only the
