Here w are m a curious dilemma, w ithout
a. re source left, or any wav of getting out
of it, but by giving up the right, entirely, of
lining the commandant of the regiment, or
any other pcrion, except when the comman
b. i.t chides to attend.—Here, then, that part
of tlie ninth fe&ion which eihbiiihes the hues
which fiiall he incurred by the commandant,

eruct. He is thereby virtually priviledged
