the Equity of redemption of all that
lot of land, in the City of Savannah,
known by the number two [2] in fe

in depth, mortgaged by the laid Robet
Vydodhoufe to the fa id David Johnston
for (tearing the payment of two seve
ral fonts of money mentioned in two
several Bonds or obligations, bearing
even date with the said mortgage j the
one given by the said Robert Wood
house to the said David Johnston, and
the other given by the said Robert
Wood ho efe and one George Wood

Berrien of counsel for the petitioner,

interests and costs due upon the said
two Bends or obligations be paid into
court within twelve months from this
