hair, and op the other with a pale red cornelian

tories,carrying with him his wife,and, as is sup
posed, two daughters. Hy the last will and te?-
lament of Michael Warren (brother of the saiJ
Mary Day) the children and grand children of
the said Mary, are entitled to a legacy A-it
is supposed the legatees aforesaid are ir indi
gent circumstances, it is desirable that they
should have acknowledge of their interest in the
estate of said Warren.
As we are ignorant of their place of residence,
we have to request those editors of southern
and western newspapers, v ho are disposed tn
serve the cause of humanity, to give this a place
m their respective papers for’ three months;
and It they will not do so withont a charge then
the editors of the State Gazettes in Tennessee
and Georgia alone, are requested to publish it,
and forward their accounts to Murfreshoro, N.
