Also, a gold secret Ring, set on one side with
ban, and on the other with a pale red cornelian

Information Wanted.
A BOUT 30 or forty years ago, a man by the
name of DAY (pernaps Thomas, wh'i'mar
vied Mary Warren) removed from Souiharap
toh, ;r some adjacent county in Virginia, to
some of the western or southern states or terri
tones,carrying with him his w ife,and, as is sup
posed, two daughters. By the last will and tes
tament of Michael Warren (brother of the said
Mary I>uy) the children and grand children oi
the said Mary, are entitled to a legacy. As it
is supposed the legatees aforesaid are-’in imii
gent circumstances, it is desirable that they
should have a knowledge of their interest in tilt
estate of said Warren.
As we are ignorant of theirplace of residence,
we have to request those editors of southern
and western newspapers, who are disposed to
serve the cause of humanity, to give this a place
in their respective papers for three months,
and If they will not do so withont o charge then
the editors of the State Gazettes in Tennessee
and Georgia alone, are requested to publish it,
and forward their accounts to Murfresboro, Ni
